Answer: Yes. Hearth-01 creates a mesmerizing flame effect without any actual heat or fire hazard. It is a safe, worry-free sanctuary for homes with children and pets. 

 

02.Essential Oil Compatibility

Question: Can I use other essential oils with the device? 

Answer: RITVIA is compatible with any water-soluble essential oils. However, for the most soul-grounding experience, we recommend our RITVIA Botanical Fragrance Oils.

 

03.Water-less Protection

Question: Can I use the device without adding water?

Answer: For your safety, the device features an intelligent auto-shutoff sensor. It will automatically power down when water levels are low to protect the internal components.

 

04.Shipping & Delivery

Question: How long will it take to receive my RITVIA? 

Answer: As our pieces are meticulously sourced and shipped globally to reach your sanctuary, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 7-15 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number the moment your ritual begins its journey to you.

Question: What is your return policy? 

30-Day Quality Guarantee: For any non-human manufacturing defects within 30 days, we provide a free replacement or a full refund.

1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers internal component failures under normal use.
